Information we collect
When you use AiVis, we collect: the domain you submit for audit, your email address if you choose to provide one, billing information processed by Paddle (managed by Paddle), basic usage analytics (page views and conversion events). We do not collect or store payment card details.
How we use information
We use collected information to: generate and display domain audit reports, send follow-up updates when you opt in, process subscriptions and billing, improve the product and service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data storage
Audit reports, site data, and user information are stored in Supabase. Billing data is processed and stored by Paddle. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. To exercise these rights, contact support@aivis.meraki.xin.
