Billing, cancellations, and refund expectations
AiVis uses a recurring subscription model for paid workspace access. This page explains how billing, cancellation, and refund handling currently work.
Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider. Access remains tied to the active subscription status recorded for your workspace.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel an active subscription from the billing portal. When cancellation is scheduled, access remains available through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Because AiVis is software delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally handled case by case for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or exceptional service issues. Contact support with the billing email and relevant workspace details.
